Puppy Match

Welcome to Tru Nature's Puppy Match service.  A common reason why dogs become a problem to their owners is simply because they are a bad match.  The reason we love dog's so much is because we are able to form such a strong bond with them, they are social animals and as such they need to be a part of a relationship.  As with all relationships, there are good ones, and bad ones, they can start out good, then turn bad or they can be bad from the beginning.  This is no ones fault, it can be purely just a bad match.  The first and most important decision to make when getting a new puppy or dog is to ensure that the match is a good one, that way the relationship gets off to a good start right from the beginning which can mean the difference between it working out or not.

Our Puppy Match service will ensure you are equipped with all the information you need to make an informed decision about which sort of dog to choose.  You will need to take into consideration:

  • Your Lifestyle - How much time you have to give to a dog, dogs are social animals

  • Your Work Commitments - Is your dog going to spend long periods of time alone

  • Your Family Environment - Do you have young children, other pets

  • Your Knowledge & Experience - Have you had dogs before, trained dogs before

  • Your Financial Stability - Dogs can be costly, insurance, food, equipment, kennel costs etc

  • Your Living Accommodation - Will determine the size of dog that would be ideally suited

  • Your Physical Fitness - Some breeds require more exercise than others and it's not necessarily related to their size.

  • Any Hygiene or Health Issues - The dogs grooming requirements, how much hair it sheds, any allergies in the family

  • Male or Female - do you have a preference

  • Purebred or Mixed Breed - do you have a preference

  • Your Characteristic Requirements - Do you have any specific traits you want / don't want.

  • Breed Choice

There is a lot to consider and we will gladly help you make the right decision.  We want your relationship to be as great as you do, and we want you and your dog to enjoy everything about your new life together.  See Below for which Puppy Match Service best suits your needs.
